A 36-year-old Robbinsdale man is one of two siblings charged with killing their older brother. Andrew Hawes was charged Monday, Nov. 3, by the Anoka County Attorney's Office with second-degree intentional aiding and abetting murder for the death of Edwin Hawes, 46, of Andover.
